University of Florida – IFAS Building 475 (remodel)
Relocate three fume hoods with welded stainless steel exhaust duct. Install two Aaon fan coil units with chilled and heating hot water piping with associated duct work. Install Johnson controls system.

University of Florida – Jennings Hall (remodel)
Replace one Greenheck exhaust fan with exhaust duct and risers. Install five Envirotec fan coils with hot water reheat coils and piping with Automated Logic controls system

University of Florida – Newins/Zeigler Hall (reroof)
Relocate thirteen fume hood exhaust and supply fans with new roof stands, exhaust stacks, and roof curbs

University of Florida – Student Health Center (new construction)
Install one 85 ton Aaon roof top unit with water cooled condenser, forty-eight Envirotec VAV boxes, and associated duct. Install wireless Johnson Controls system and three Daikin mini split systems

Glen Springs Elementary (remodel)
Replace two 12.5 ton Lennox roof top units with associated ductwork
